There is simply never a reason to be bored when you’re visiting this lovely and inviting area of the country. And when you stay at one of the Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals condos, you are guaranteed the comfort and amenities that you deserve. Whether you’re a couple getting away for some time alone or a large extended family vacationing together, we can provide you with what you need in and around Biloxi, Gulfport, Long Beach and Pass Christian, Mississippi!
Once you’ve checked-in our staff is available to ensure a wonderful vacation experience. Amenities at mostlocations are pools, exercise room, hot tub, sauna and security staff.
A “starter kit” of bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent is supplied. They are not replenished during your stay. We suggest you pack coffee filters, food storage bags, salt & pepper, cooking ingredients, paper products and laundry detergent. Personal items such as hair dryer, sunglasses, sunscreen and beach towels are not supplied. Towels and bed linens are provided. We request these linens not be taken to the beach. You need to bring your own beach towels and laundry detergent.
Rental properties are equipped with the basics:
Kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, stove, blender, toaster, electric can opener, pots, pans, cutlery, dish ware and glassware.
Living Area: color TV, cable connection, radio, vacuum cleaner and broom.
Clothes Care: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking spaces are limited at all beach locations. A one bedroom unit receives one (1) parking permit. A two or three bedroom unit receives two (2) parking permits. Any vehicle not displaying a parking permit will be towed. Jet skis, boats and RVs are not permitted.
Every unit either has a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico or is within view of the Gulf. The condominium you rent is privately owned. Each unit is decorated individually by the owner. For more info, check out the photographs for each property on our Property Search pages.
We do have some properties that allow pets, please ask at the time of booking.
You may search by dates or by property whichever you prefer. Once you have found what you want, click on the “Check Availability” button.
Our online system cannot accommodate requests for changes or cancelations. Please call the reservation department at 877.924.5694 for assistance.
To confirm your reservation, 35% of the total reservation will be due at booking being that the reservation is outside of 30 days to arrival. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If the check-in date is inside 30 days to arrival 100% of the reservation will be due. Please refer to terms and conditions regarding cancelation policies. It is important you print a copy of the confirmation for your records once you receive it via email. If you do not receive this information please contact our office at 877.924.5694.

Yes. Reservations for stays may be made on the Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals website. A 2-night minimum is required. Certain holiday periods require a longer night’s stay.

An individual unit is more spacious than a hotel or motel room. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, pools, grills, and hot tubs at your disposal. You will not have valet parking, bell service, daily maid service, or room service.
Yes, Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals will accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept any form of prepaid cards.
Unlike hotels, valets are not available to transport luggage and personal belongings. Carts are provided at each location for a “lighter” check-in and check-out. Please return carts to the lobby when they are no longer needed. Carts can cause severe damage to a condominium hallway. Please do not take the carts inside the rental unit.
Return the keys to the front desk where you checked in. Lost keys result in a $75 re-key charge. For security purposes, keys packed in luggage or bags may not be returned via express mail the next day.
Check-out is no later than 10 AM. Our housekeeping staff needs between 10 AM and 3 PM to prepare the condominium for the next arrival.
Check-in begins at 3:00pm but is not guaranteed until 6:00pm. Activity is brisk at the buildings and early check-in is not always possible. If you arrive early please enjoy the area attractions and call to see if early check in available . Late arrivals (after 6 PM) for certain properties may pick up their keys from a secure lockbox, to which a code will be assigned. Guests that are late arrivals will need to visit our office on the following day before 11am to complete the check-in process.
The public areas in the buildings offer wheelchair access. We are not able to offer fully handicap accessible units.
No, you can arrive and depart any day of the week.
Many of our guests stay with us year after year. Certain units become their “favorite home away from home”. We will note any special requests. However, sometimes maintenance problems do occur or a condominium is sold.
Our company employs housekeepers to clean your unit after your departure. This is added to your rental fee at the time you make your reservation. However, we expect you to do a few basic clean up measures before departure. This means bagging and disposing of trash, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
