✰✰✰✰ (4 Stars) UNIT IS UPDATED & HAS UNIQUE FURNISHINGS
✰✰✰ (3 Stars) WELL-MAINTAINED UNITS THAT ARE COMFORTABLE & APPEALING
✰✰ (2 Stars) UNITS ARE TRADITIONAL & BASIC; TRENDING TOWARD OUTDATED
✰ (1 Star) UNIT IS SUBSTANDARD, SHOWS CONSIDERABLE WEAR & NEEDS RENOVATIONS
✰✰✰✰✰ (5 Stars) HIGHEST QUALITY
This designation is reserved for exceptional and luxurious accommodations, in which all furnishings and accessories represent current hospitality design and style trends for our area. These units are in excellent condition, well-coordinated, and include top quality kitchens and baths. There is a noticeable upgrade from other units in furnishings, décor and lighting. All areas and amenities in all rooms of the unit are of the highest quality with virtually no inconsistencies.
✰✰✰✰ (4 Stars) UPDATED & UNIQUE
Reserved for units in which all furnishings and accessories are new or near new and in excellent condition. Furnishings are attractive and well-coordinated, represent current design trends, and offer some unique characteristics, reflecting upgrades. Consistency throughout is mandatory at the 4 Star level. The unit may have some features of a “Highest Quality” rating, but there are some non-essential items or other areas that could use improvement.
✰✰✰ (3 Stars) COMFORTABLE & APPEALING
3 Star units are well maintained, are quite comfortable and contain inviting accommodations that reflect some current style trends, but generally have older furnishings that are showing minor wear. Overall, the décor is attractive and pleasant, although not as well coordinated and not offering as many, or any, upgrades as higher rated units.
✰✰ (2 Stars) TRADITIONAL & BASIC
These units are very modest, contain older, more traditional and dated furnishings, which are less complete and represent out of date style trends and/or may be mismatched. While some dated decorating theme may be apparent and the unit meets minimum expectations, inventory is not fully coordinated. Units may be comfortable, but often have numerous areas of needed improvements. All furnishings should be in satisfactory condition.
✰ (1 Star) SHOWS CONSIDERABLE WEAR
These units generally do not meet minimum rental standards per the 2 Star Rating described above, with aged and worn, mismatched furnishings and inadequate inventory. Units show considerable wear and are in need of renovations.
