Manager Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do strive to exceed our guest's expectations. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the property during your stay. In regards to the items the unit is equipped with, our housekeeping staff does provide a starter kit of toilet paper, garbage bags, detergents, etc. After that, it is up to the guest to purchase. We do make sure to provide enough towels for each guest, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit if needed. The rules for the gym, pools, and other amenity areas are set in place by the HOA at the property, not by Biloxi Beach. Owners (as well as their guests) that live or stay at the property are provided arm bands as well, and should have the bands with them when they are at the pool. They have to follow propery rules that are set in place as well as renters who visit the property. Thank you again for all of your feedback!
