Unfortunately, when there is a high volume of guests for an event like Cruisin' the Coast, there are never enough carts to satisfy everyone or space to put them. We do sincerely apologize about this issue; however, the Legacy HOA is in full control when it comes to luggage carts. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, we have reported these issues to the proper departments and are taking every measure to ensure they are resolved.
