As for the room that we stayed in, I wish that the owner would update the room. The furniture was mis matched, the coffee table had tons of stains, the coffee pot was horrible (please update to a Keureg or equivalent). There is a full kitchen, but not very good pots & pans/utensils for cooking. The water pressure in the shower should be checked as well.
The security is good. The location is close enough to the beach. The bedroom was larger than the living room and has a nice bed. With the large closet and such - we really enjoyed that part of the room the most.
Finally, the lady that ran the office/paperwork was super sweet. She was very helpful and flexible. I would refer people to this rental company for just that reason.....just really wonderful service on her end. And for that I thank you guys.
