We stayed at the Legacy. The rooms are spacious and service was good. One of our bathrooms were dirty but someone came up to clean it. Out toilet would not flush but again someone to unstop it. Overall this place was very nice and comfortable and we will rent again!

The condo we chose is spacious. Love the decor..However an update in furnishings is needed , especially the couch and lounge chair.. otherwise a perfect condo.

The downside side was as you approach the condo there's a very ugly broken blind hanging in the window and some of the patio furniture needs attention.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean.
Couple of areas to address. Toilet in bathroom needs redone as it rocks.
Bifold doors to laundry room need fixed as they are hard to work.
Outside furniture starting to rust
Could use a new vacuum cleaner and broom

Thank you as well for your candor regarding the issues you encountered. We do apologize if it took longer than expected in fixing the A/C, sometimes the issues with such a complicated system are not an instantaneous fix, however we are glad that our maintenance was able to get it up and running. Also, we are informing the housekeeping about the floors in order to better clean them. As always, we appreciate your comments and look forward to seeing you again.
One other prob.-the bedroom air conditioner was broken. A maintainance man fixed it once, but it broke again on our last day there.

We apologize for any inconvenience with the air conditioner, but are glad to know that our maintenance could get to you quickly to fix the issue for the majority of your stay. As for the walkways, although there is not a cross-walk directly in front of the building (which the city would have to place), just a block down is a four way stop light which would allow you to cross in a safer manor. Thank you as well for informing us about some of the issues that you encountered; while we agree that we should have caught any leaking damage, this is an extremely unforgiving environment that unfortunately causes issues like this to rise up extremely quickly, but we will be more vigilant and inform the building management. Also, we will make sure to notify the Home Owners Association about the water pressure issue, as this is something they would need to look into since we do not manage the overall building.
