Great View and amazing time!
The location and unit were great!! Loved the accommodations for sleeping. The unit was clean and light and breezy.
Our family will come back for sure!
The only two improvements that could be made, better kitchen supplies like oven mitts, serving utensils etc.
The outdoor table was not clean or the patio and there’s playdoh stuck into the outdoor table.
These were minor and we managed and had an absolutely amazing time!!

Could use an update/needs paint.
Upon walking into the condo the first thing I noticed was several spots on the walls were a mismatched color. The walls were obviously scratched by prior damage. No one bothered to match paint colors to hide the damage. All the white baseboards were dirty, scratched and in need of fresh paint. The master bathroom behind the toilet appeared to have old water damage to the sheetrock. A kitchen light bulb was out, all three bedroom remote controls were dead, I went to the store to buy batteries for them. The condo is very nice, spacious and set up perfectly but it could use a good paint job. The Legacy property was very well maintained, it was clean and very neat. The staff was friendly and polite especially the two people I dealt with at the security office. The first was to check in, she was friendly and explained where to park, etc. I also dealt with security to purchase additional parking passes, the man I dealt with was also very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay but as I said the condo itself could stand out o be spruced up.

all in all our stay was great and the weather was great as well. The condo is very nice. the only suggestion we have is the recliner in the living room needs replacing as it was very hard to operate.

Great home away from home
The overall stay was great. There was great communication, especially helpful when we had to make a change in our stay. Lots of information was provided ahead of time, and the condo itself was very comfortable. A great place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving.

Spacious condo with good amenities
We had plenty of space in our condo and especially enjoyed the amenities. The condo lacked some things in the kitchen we would have liked to have.

it was nice. the only thing was i didn't get the first email docs to sign and get the access. so it was hectic as we got to the property and had no access at first.

Family Vacation
The rental experience was good. The condo was great very spacious for our group. Having a bathroom with every bedroom was fabulous. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the early morning. Traffic noise was a little much and getting to the beach was difficult at times.

Nice place. Good value. Close to casinos and steps from the beach
Was in town for a couples retreat. Place was perfect for three couples. Beach and pools (3) for the girls. Close to many great golf courses for the boys. Close to casinos and restaurants for all of us. Highly recommend

Beautiful weekend
My immediate family stayed in the condo and many relatives visited for an arrival dinner and after burial brunch. Security was very accommodating knowing the situation. The location, size of the condo and view were perfect for what we needed for a “celebration of life “ weekend.

Perfect stay for family vacation
The overall stay was great, we were a little disappointed there was no patio furniture to enjoy the ocean view and no one could tell us why. We were promised a call back but that never happened so we made the best of it.

Cruisin the Coast
Great Condo--I would like to suggest that unless you are an owner of the condo that you ask regular vehicles to park in the side parking lot during cruising and leave the garage and outside parking for antique cars. That would be great to be able to look at the older cars. The condo was great love staying at Legacy Towers and have stayed for 10 plus years here.

Weather :( Condo :)
We had a great time. The condo was so accommodating for our group and more flexible than other condos we researched. Each bedroom had a private bathroom and two of the bedrooms were perfect for families. It was close to everything and had a lot to do on the property.
Everything was super clean in the condo and towels/sheets were luxurious.
Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great for kids and families and adults.
