Ocean Club 307
This unit was well equipped. The washer and dryer are newer models and worked well. Couldn't get the ice maker to work, but went "old school" with trays and managed quite nicely. We were disappointed that the unit will not be available for our 2025 visit.

Spectacular View
This condo is well maintained, beautiful and has an spectacular view. Was easy to find and is a short distance to main
casinos and pier. Communication was great for anything we needed

Nice escape from winter...
I stayed in Unit 307 for the month of February and it was nice to be able to be outside everyday. This was my first time to Biloxi and outside of gambling, there's not a whole lot to do in the area. The unit was adequately furnished and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything one could need. Nice GE Profile appliances although the microwave turntable stopped working while I was there. The unit does show some wear and could use a good deep cleaning and some new paint and perhaps new cabinets in the bathrooms. I had to buy a Magic Eraser just to get rid of general dirt and marks on the walls, stove and the metal access panel in the second bedroom. The parking spot for this unit had water in it the whole time and I eventually parked outside as I was tired of getting my feet soaked. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful.

Spring break rental
The overall experience was great. The only issue we had was requesting additional towels. We requested them twice but never received them. We were able to wash them ourselves one night but didn’t have enough detergent to wash as needed. The customer service rep allowed me to believe that more towels were coming but they never did. Other than that, the stay was great. This condo has all of the amenities needed for your stay. You will need to bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. I learned that from other reviews prior to my stay. Perfect location with many beach/casino options. Again, 307 is a great place to stay. We would stay again.

Best Stay I’ve Ever Had
The unit I was in, Ocean Club 307, was a newer condo unit with a full kitchen, two bedrooms & bathrooms and a balcony with access points in every room. The unit was spacious, clean and had everything in it to make me feel at home. I can’t say enough about the quality of the unit.

My only gripe was that a few days into my stay, the heater in the pool broke and did not become operational for the rest of my stay. Other than that, I had no complaints and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Feb/March Great Stay
We arrived late Feb to a great unit. We had a wonderful time. There is so much to do within walking distance or a short drive. We woke each morning to the beautiful water and beach view. We very much enjoyed our stay. The residence were all so very nice and we enjoyed meeting them.

Snowbird stay
My wife and I have made the Ocean Club our regular stay for the last several years. The property is maintained spotless and the management staff is very helpful and professional.
The location is across from the beach and very close to restaurants. Highly recommended.
